1. Scope of Quotations & RFQ Estimates

All quotations, raw material estimates, tooling costs, and production lead times generated through Vivek Engineers website or sales correspondences represent commercial proposals based on blueprint parameters provided at the time of inquiry. Official contracts are executed upon mutual signing of purchase orders and PPAP sign-offs.

2. Manufacturing Blueprints & Tolerances

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, components are machined and inspected strictly according to tolerances specified in customer engineering drawings or standard IATF 16949 / ISO engineering tolerances.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand identifiers, technical graphics, machine registry details, and software codes published on this portal are the intellectual property of Vivek Engineers. Reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.

4. Jurisdiction & Disputes

Any disputes arising out of the interpretation of these terms or commercial transactions with Vivek Engineers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
