• Formed in 1983 by 2 Technocrats
  • Shrikant Date - BE Mechanical with then 4 years of Machine Shop experience in Mahindra & Mahindra
  • Arun Vaze - BE Mechanical with then-experience from Kirloskar Pneumatics and XLO Machine Tools
• A 6000 sq.ft. Shop floor established on a small scale with few lathes and general purpose machinery
• Within 6 months, added clients Kirloskar Oil Engines and Ruston & Hornsby, followed by Bajaj Auto and Tata Motors
• At the start of 1990s, registered with Ammunition Factory and High Explosive Factory at Khadki for machinery spare parts supply
• Added to vendor list of Auto Division, Tata Motors
• Achieved a steady growth in the 2000s
• Mr. Vaze, who headed the Marketing, retired in 2008 and Mr. Sandeep Joshi - B Com, MBA - came aboard to handle Finance & Accounting
• From 2010 onwards, successfully carried out export orders for parts of medical equipment to United Care, Netherlands and Kremlin Rexson, France and for parts of construction equipment to Layher, France
• Realized pan-India supply of all parts for Tata Motors, including plants at Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Pant Nagar, Dharwad and Pune
